Our staff is well versed in the process of qualifying tenants for affordable housing, for both low income and mixed-income residents. We’re able to determine who’s qualified based on the initial screening of the applicant.
We perform regular inspections to monitor property conditions and ensure compliance with safety standards. All apartment are subject to a minimum of 1 inspection per year.
We encourage open communication and address complaints promptly, aiming for a fair resolution.
We will notify you ahead of your lease expiration and provide options for lease renewal.
For maintenance emergencies, please contact our 24/7 emergency line to ensure immediate assistance. If this is a medical emergency or if you are in danger please contact 911.
Common areas are regularly cleaned and maintained according to a set schedule, which we can provide upon request.
Please notify us in writing as per the notice period specified in your lease. We will guide you through the move-out process, including any final inspections.

Yes, there is a $20 rental application fee.
Most of our properties do not allow pets on premises, however we do make allowances for service animals. Smoking is NOT permitted in any of our buildings.
We conduct thorough background checks, including credit history, criminal background check and employment & income verification.
Tenants can submit maintenance requests online through our tenant portal or by phone to our 24/7 maintenance call line and we ensure timely acknowledgment and resolution of all issues.
Rent can be paid online through our tenant portal, via mail, or in person at our office. Please refer to your lease for specific details.
If your payment is late, we will notify you and may charge a late fee as outlined in your lease agreement.
